Solution

HOW WE WORK

We Start by Understanding Your Facility,
Then Design the Sensors

Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all package, we begin by assessing the operating environment and measurement objectives of each facility. From sensor design to monitoring and intelligent operations, we ensure a seamless flow of data throughout the entire process.
1
Site Assessment

Sensor Planning

We analyze the operating conditions and key parameters of each facility to determine what to measure and where to measure it. Based on this assessment, we design the optimal sensor configuration and installation locations.
2
On-Site Implementation

Electrical Systems·Sensors · PLC Control

We handle the entire installation process, including electrical work, sensor installation, control panel fabrication and wiring, PLC programming, and communication system configuration.
3
Data Acquisition

Data Collection·Standardization

We collect data from PLCs and measurement instruments with different manufacturers and communication protocols through Edge PCs and databases. We standardize equipment-specific data fields and units into a unified format for storage.
4
Integrated Management

Monitoring· Control

We visualize operating status and abnormal signals in real time through a digital twin interface. Values outside predefined thresholds trigger alerts and automated control actions for immediate operational response.
5
Intelligent Monitoring

AI · Predictive Maintenance

We leverage accumulated data to enable predictive maintenance and energy management. Signals collected directly from the field become the foundation for informed operational decisions.

1

Sensor Planning

Different types of equipment exhibit abnormal conditions through different physical parameters.
Since a single sensor may miss certain abnormal patterns, Rina solution analyzes equipment characteristics and operating conditions to determine the optimal combination of sensors, including acoustic emission (AE), vibration, current, and strain gauges. We design where each sensor should be placed to detect anomalies as early as possible.

2

Electrical Systems · Sensors · PLC Control

Once the design is complete, we implement it directly on-site.
We manage the entire process, from electrical wiring and sensor installation to control panel fabrication, PLC programming, and communication system configuration—building the physical infrastructure where data is first generated.
We also design electrical and control systems tailored to the PLCs and measurement instruments used at each factory, accommodating different manufacturers and communication protocols to ensure reliable, uninterrupted data transmission to higher-level systems.

3

Data Collection · Standardization

We collect and process various types of sensor data generated on-site, including AE, vibration, current, and temperature, along with measurement data from PLCs, using Edge PCs for real-time processing.
We extract meaningful indicators according to the characteristics of each sensor signal and standardize equipment-specific data fields and units into a unified format for database storage.

4

Monitoring · Control

Standardized data is visualized in real time through FlexReal, a web- and app-based SaaS dashboard, or dedicated monitoring software.
The operating status of multiple machines and sensor channels can be viewed on a single screen through a digital twin interface. Signals that exceed predefined thresholds trigger immediate alerts, enabling on-site personnel to respond quickly.

5

AI · Predictive Maintenance

We apply unsupervised anomaly detection models to accumulated data to learn patterns of normal and abnormal operation.
Our system supports both single-sensor and multi-sensor anomaly detection, enabling it to identify complex abnormal conditions that might otherwise go unnoticed when relying on a single signal.
